Throughout the year, the NSO continues to bring dynamic programs to audiences, celebrating both classical masterpieces and innovative collaborations.
Since its founding, the National Symphony Orchestra has played a pivotal role in Washington, D.C., performing at the Kennedy Center and enriching the city’s cultural landscape. The orchestra has been led by renowned conductors like Mstislav Rostropovich and Christoph Eschenbach, and its artistic level has consistently risen under their guidance.
